Este modelo representa las diferentes etapas que debe transitar un grupo para crecer como un equipo hasta alcanzar su m\u00e1ximo desempe\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada etapa representa las necesidades, desaf\u00edos y problemas a los que se enfrentan los equipos de acuerdo con su madurez, tambi\u00e9n incluye acciones o actitudes que pueden ayudar a avanzar a la siguiente etapa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Formaci\u00f3n (<em>Forming<\/em>):<\/strong>&nbsp;se agrupa por primera vez un conjunto de personas, donde cada uno muestra su mejor comportamiento. Las personas tienen alta dependencia del l\u00edder que los gu\u00ede. Se respeta la estructura jer\u00e1rquica y se evitan los conflictos. En esta etapa se consiguen buenos resultados, pero pueden ser mucho mejores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tormenta (<em>Storming<\/em>):<\/strong>&nbsp;emergen diferencias y conflictos entre las personas del equipo. Aflora la verdadera personalidad y los malos h\u00e1bitos de cada uno. Distintos puntos de vista e ideas compiten entre s\u00ed. El modelo de liderazgo se cuestiona, incluso se pueden presentar luchas internas por el poder. En esta etapa el rendimiento del equipo cae, la falta de progreso se hace evidente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Calma (<em>Norming<\/em>):<\/strong>&nbsp;las personas del equipo llegan a acuerdos y empiezan a resolver sus discrepancias. Se alcanza una visi\u00f3n compartida. Se reconocen las fortalezas de los otros y se respetan las diferencias. El rendimiento empieza a mejorar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Desempe\u00f1o (<em>Performing<\/em>):<\/strong>&nbsp;las personas del equipo trabajan como un equipo de alto rendimiento, se maximiza la colaboraci\u00f3n, el respeto y compromiso. El trabajo se hace m\u00e1s fluido, el equipo obtiene los mejores resultados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Retiro (<em>Adjourning<\/em>):<\/strong>&nbsp;Se acerca el final del equipo, crece la incertidumbre sobre el futuro. El rendimiento de las personas disminuye. Por esta raz\u00f3n es mejor tener equipos estables que perduren en el tiempo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Solo los equipos que son capaces de superar la tormenta pueden alcanzar alto desempe\u00f1o. No todos los equipos lo logran, requiere coraje y apertura por parte de las personas para decidir resolver sus diferencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El l\u00edder \u00e1gil debe propiciar el espacio seguro que d\u00e9 pie a las conversaciones inc\u00f3modas que de otra forma se evitar\u00edan tener.
