De un buen l\u00edder se espera que su trabajo y gesti\u00f3n corresponda al tipo de sistema al que pertenece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Veamos de qu\u00e9 trata cada sistema y qu\u00e9 se espera del l\u00edder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SISTEMAS LINEALES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-content-justification-left is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-6974ef0d wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-primary-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-primary-background-color has-background is-style-default\"\/>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Un sistema lineal es aquel donde hay baja incertidumbre y las variables del entorno son estables. Las soluciones las determinan los expertos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si el \u00e9xito est\u00e1 garantizado y no es usual sufrir cambios en el alcance, se debe buscar que las soluciones sean implementadas de la forma m\u00e1s eficiente posible. Por lo tanto, el papel del l\u00edder se concentra en asegurar y controlar que el plan de trabajo, el presupuesto y el alcance estimado, no se desv\u00eden de lo inicialmente planeado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SISTEMAS NO LINEALES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-content-justification-left is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-6974ef0d wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-primary-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-primary-background-color has-background is-style-default\"\/>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Se caracterizan por su alta incertidumbre, es imposible predecir una soluci\u00f3n exitosa. En estos contextos no se conoce realmente la necesidad de los clientes, conocemos los problemas del cliente y a partir de ah\u00ed proponemos supuestos o hip\u00f3tesis de productos o servicios que creemos que pueden funcionar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La soluci\u00f3n real se descubre al mismo tiempo que se avanza en su construcci\u00f3n. No se sabe cu\u00e1ndo el producto o servicio estar\u00e1 completamente terminado. A trav\u00e9s de entregas tempranas de valor, inspecci\u00f3n y adaptaci\u00f3n, se conoce el impacto y el resultado de implementar los supuestos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este contexto no tiene sentido que el l\u00edder se concentre en medir y controlar el porcentaje de avance. No puedes medir cuanto camino falta para llegar si no tienes claro realmente a donde terminar\u00e1s llegando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La gesti\u00f3n del l\u00edder debe estar en medir y maximizar el retorno del valor que produce la implementaci\u00f3n de las soluciones y el aprendizaje que se obtiene de las entregas tempranas de valor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy en d\u00eda donde la soluci\u00f3n a todo parece ser la agilidad, se suele interpretar o menospreciar las formas m\u00e1s tradicionales de liderazgo. Ser un l\u00edder que gestiona a trav\u00e9s del seguimiento y control no tiene por qu\u00e9 ser algo malo, el problema real estar\u00eda en llevar un estilo de liderazgo al contexto equivocado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si trabajas en un contexto de baja incertidumbre y el \u00e9xito es predecible y garantizado, es mejor un estilo de liderazgo que controle y mitigue los cambios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si trabajas en contextos donde habita la incertidumbre, ocurren cambios de tendencia frecuentemente y se hace dif\u00edcil predecir, lo mejor es liderar desde el liderazgo servicial y \u00e1gil, midiendo el valor entregado por encima del progreso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" data-instgrm-captioned data-instgrm-permalink=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CMA5OBHByPZ\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;utm_campaign=loading\" data-instgrm-version=\"14\" style=\" background:#FFF;
