Estas predicciones se conocen como hip\u00f3tesis de valor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfPARA QU\u00c9 USAR PMV?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-content-justification-left is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-6974ef0d wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-primary-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-primary-background-color has-background is-style-default\"\/>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>En contextos de alta incertidumbre usar m\u00e9todos de trabajo predictivos no garantiza el cumplimiento de las estimaciones. Por la naturaleza misma de este entorno, son tantas las variables en juego que se da por hecho que estimaciones a largo plazo siempre fallar\u00e1n, por lo tanto, construir productos sin ciclos cortos de validaci\u00f3n aumenta la probabilidad de desperdicios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La planeaci\u00f3n como ejercicio para identificar y definir estrategias es positivo, pero aferrarse a esta a lo largo del tiempo dentro de un contexto complejo, no es muy recomendable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El producto m\u00ednimo viable, permite que el primer ciclo de validaci\u00f3n de la hip\u00f3tesis de valor sea lo m\u00e1s corto posible. Este adem\u00e1s de retornar un aprendizaje sobre la aceptaci\u00f3n de la hip\u00f3tesis en el mercado, muestra la intenci\u00f3n de compra por parte de sus potenciales clientes. Tambi\u00e9n puede mostrar lo que a estos les gustar\u00eda que tuviera como incrementos, marcando un camino a seguir con mayores posibilidades de \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/miro.medium.com\/proxy\/1*9Nm1KggmEt2eI0tbFTTpQA.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfC\u00d3MO SABER QUE TAN PEQUE\u00d1O DEBE SER UN PMV PARA SER VIABLE?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-content-justification-left is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-6974ef0d wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-primary-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-primary-background-color has-background is-style-default\"\/>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Eric Ries en su libro \u201cel M\u00e9todo Lean Startup\u201d ense\u00f1a dos formas para detectar esto:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Todo lo que se haga en la construcci\u00f3n de un PMV que no sirva para validar una hip\u00f3tesis de valor, se considera desperdicio y por lo tanto debe dejar de hacerse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Durante la construcci\u00f3n del PMV, si surgen dudas sobre incluir o no alguna caracter\u00edstica, este es un indicador de que no debe hacerse.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PERO\u2026 UN PRODUCTO NO COMPLETO TIENE MALA CALIDAD Y NADIE LO VA A QUERER. \u00a1PERJUDICAR\u00c1 MI MARCA!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-content-justification-left is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-6974ef0d wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-primary-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-primary-background-color has-background is-style-default\"\/>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Se tiene tendencia a pensar que cualquier error de calidad puede condenar el \u00e9xito del producto y este no debe estar en el mercado hasta no tener todas las funcionalidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A veces, se tratan solo de temores infundados que impiden validar la hip\u00f3tesis de valor de forma temprana, y c\u00f3mo mencion\u00e9 anteriormente, aumentan la probabilidad de producir desperdicios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si se considera que el PMV no tiene la suficiente calidad, se puede usar como oportunidad para conocer lo que sus potenciales clientes esperaban del producto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PERO\u2026 \u00bfQUI\u00c9N VA A QUERER UN PRODUCTO CON BAJA CALIDAD?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-content-justification-left is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-6974ef0d wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-primary-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-primary-background-color has-background is-style-default\"\/>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Los innovadores. La curva de difusi\u00f3n de la innovaci\u00f3n de Rogers, es una teor\u00eda que habla sobre diferentes segmentos en la poblaci\u00f3n. El 2,5% de las personas son considerados innovadores, se caracterizan por ser personas curiosas que les gusta probar cosas nuevas y tienen mayor tolerancia a los errores que el resto de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si el PMV se dirige a este grupo de personas, se puede validar la hip\u00f3tesis de valor sin una penalizaci\u00f3n por la falta de calidad que se pueda tener.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/miro.medium.com\/max\/704\/1*gnHCxdsF71mNqErP_t9R3w.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Curva de difusi\u00f3n de la innovaci\u00f3n, Rogers<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfSI EL PMV NO RESULTA VIABLE DEBO EMPEZAR DESDE CERO?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-content-justification-left is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-6974ef0d wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-primary-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-primary-background-color has-background is-style-default\"\/>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Al no tratarse de un producto, sino de un proceso de aprendizaje sobre el mercado. El primer PMV de no resultar viable no implica empezar desde cero, siempre y cuando ese aprendizaje validado se aproveche para plantear nuevas hip\u00f3tesis de valor. A esto \u00faltimo Eric Ries le llama pivotear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/miro.medium.com\/proxy\/1*Wjuy6drAPHcD4LW2l1t95w.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfDEBE SER UN PRODUCTO FUNCIONAL O PROTOTIPO?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-content-justification-left is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-6974ef0d wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-primary-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-primary-background-color has-background is-style-default\"\/>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f3mo pasa en cualquier contexto complejo de alta incertidumbre, no existen recetas o f\u00f3rmulas premeditadas, lo que sirve para algunos, no necesariamente servir\u00e1 para validar otras ideas. Existen PMV exitosos que van desde&nbsp;<em>landing pages<\/em>&nbsp;o videos demo, hasta prototipos funcionales. Mientras el PMV permita desarrollar un aprendizaje validado respecto a la hip\u00f3tesis de valor, no es necesario que este sea algo funcional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n presentar\u00e9 diferentes casos de \u00e9xito de diferentes tipos de PMV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">BUFFER<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-content-justification-left is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-6974ef0d wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-primary-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-primary-background-color has-background is-style-default\"\/>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Buffer es una plataforma cuya hip\u00f3tesis de valor consist\u00eda en que las personas estaban dispuestas a pagar a cambio de poder programar publicaciones en redes sociales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/miro.medium.com\/max\/630\/1*miZZ8-aIwgetimaQJ_ZIkg.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Primera iteraci\u00f3n de Buffer<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inicialmente se construy\u00f3 un sitio web que permit\u00eda a las personas interesadas, suscribirse para recibir noticias una vez el producto estuviera terminado. Este no alcanza a considerarse un producto m\u00ednimo viable debido a que validaba si la idea era interesante, m\u00e1s no evaluaba la intenci\u00f3n de compra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/miro.medium.com\/max\/440\/1*VtBH_9kgSI6TEu-OEkCj_w.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"518\" height=\"795\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>PMV de Buffer<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para esto, incluyeron una secci\u00f3n con los planes de pago y una vez seleccionado, habilitaba la suscripci\u00f3n. Esto ya permit\u00eda identificar si los potenciales clientes estaban dispuestos a pagar por el producto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DROPBOX<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-content-justification-left is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-6974ef0d wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-primary-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-primary-background-color has-background is-style-default\"\/>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La hip\u00f3tesis de valor de Dropbox se basaba en que las personas estaban dispuestas a pagar por un servicio de almacenamiento en la nube que permitiera sincronizar archivos desde diferentes dispositivos. Debido al alto desaf\u00edo t\u00e9cnico de desarrollar este servicio para m\u00faltiples plataformas, el PMV que se construy\u00f3, fue un video que demostraba c\u00f3mo funcionar\u00eda este servicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-gestor-del-servicio wp-block-embed-gestor-del-servicio wp-embed-aspect-4-3 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Dropbox first video \/ demo - abridged and commented\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/dR7tJ8wAI3M?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>PMV de Dropbox<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AIRBNB<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-content-justification-left is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-6974ef0d wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-primary-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-primary-background-color has-background is-style-default\"\/>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La hip\u00f3tesis de valor de este sitio consist\u00eda en que los clientes estaban dispuestos hospedarse en lugares diferentes a los sobrecargados hoteles en San Francisco. Para esto, como PMV, sus fundadores dispusieron colchones en su casa, construyeron un sitio web y consiguieron 3 invitados de pago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/miro.medium.com\/max\/597\/1*Y-tniywBDMtLMSWYPJ-_MQ.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ZAPPOS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-content-justification-left is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-6974ef0d wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-primary-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-primary-background-color has-background is-style-default\"\/>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta empresa se caracteriza por vender zapatos por internet. Para su PMV, su fundador tom\u00f3 fotos de los diferentes zapatos que vend\u00eda una tienda local y los public\u00f3 en un sitio web, donde cada vez que se registraba una venta, este se dirig\u00eda a la tienda due\u00f1a de los zapatos y los compraba para posteriormente enviar al cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/miro.medium.com\/max\/622\/0*VCltZ6fgPmIUtKVA.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El Producto M\u00ednimo Viable es un proceso de aprendizaje continuo que permite validar las hip\u00f3tesis de valor en el menor esfuerzo posible, facilitando las probabilidades de \u00e9xito.
