Este se puede representar a trav\u00e9s de peque\u00f1os obsequios, o notas de agradecimiento (<em>Kudo<\/em>&nbsp;<em>cards<\/em>) como lo propone Jurgen Appelo en su libro&nbsp;<em>Management 3.0.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/miro.medium.com\/max\/4032\/1*fBVwvm3bPXSWjWJPAvxfYQ@2x.jpeg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Tarjetas de Kudo<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No solo se dan de arriba hacia abajo, sino tambi\u00e9n entre pares y de abajo hacia arriba. Independientemente de la jerarqu\u00eda en la organizaci\u00f3n,&nbsp;<strong>cualquier persona puede reconocer el trabajo de otra<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos reconocimientos suelen estar acompa\u00f1ados de otras t\u00e9cnicas, en este caso presentar\u00e9 dos propuestas de Jurgen, como lo son la caja de\u00a0<em>kudos<\/em>\u00a0y \u00e9l muro de\u00a0<em>kudos<\/em>. Finalizar\u00e9 presentando una tercera propuesta resultante de mi experiencia de aplicar esta pr\u00e1ctica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CAJA DE KUDOS (KUDO BOX)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-content-justification-left is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-6974ef0d wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-primary-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-primary-background-color has-background is-style-default\"\/>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Es un m\u00e9todo que cumple con las&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/medium.com\/andressalcedo\/motivaci%C3%B3n-3-0-4f2f61193fd0\">6 reglas para recompensar de manera m\u00e1s eficiente<\/a>. Consiste en instalar una caja, conocida como caja de&nbsp;<em>kudos<\/em>&nbsp;o&nbsp;<em>kudo box<\/em>, donde se depositan los&nbsp;<em>kudos<\/em>&nbsp;que se quieren regalar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con una frecuencia definida por el mismo equipo, se realizan espacios para destapar la caja, leer en voz alta los&nbsp;<em>kudos<\/em>, repartirlos y celebrar los reconocimientos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/miro.medium.com\/max\/750\/1*9iH05VUkWCvAqSsJyxQUtA@2x.jpeg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Caja de Kudos<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MURO DE KUDOS (KUDO\u2019S WALL)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-content-justification-left is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-6974ef0d wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-primary-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-primary-background-color has-background is-style-default\"\/>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunos equipos dedican un muro o pared de su espacio de trabajo, para pegar y hacer visible sus reconocimientos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/miro.medium.com\/max\/3024\/1*2ZEPFYlgxXsegkYjyfiN_A@2x.jpeg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Muro de Kudos<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MEGA KUDOS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-content-justification-left is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-6974ef0d wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-primary-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-primary-background-color has-background is-style-default\"\/>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el apoyo de mi equipo de trabajo iniciamos experimentando la t\u00e9cnica de&nbsp;<em>Kudos<\/em>&nbsp;con peque\u00f1as hojas de papel reciclado con la plantilla impresa en blanco y negro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/miro.medium.com\/max\/3680\/1*_fLAVjRxlf54zXMe3Hmp1g@2x.jpeg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Tarjeta de Kudo<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada quince d\u00edas nos reunimos en un espacio de dos horas para informar sobre noticias, avances importantes, compartir conocimiento, y celebrar los logros de nuestro equipo gracias a los&nbsp;<em>kudos<\/em>&nbsp;que se guardaron durante esas dos semanas en la caja de&nbsp;<em>kudos<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez destapamos la caja, nos repartimos entre todos la lectura en voz alta de cada&nbsp;<em>kudo<\/em>, indicando a quien va dirigido as\u00ed como quien lo emite, y en un tablero registramos las personas que dan y reciben m\u00e1s reconocimientos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para incentivar el uso de&nbsp;<em>kudos<\/em>&nbsp;como t\u00e9cnica de reconocimientos, inicialmente obsequi\u00e1bamos un dulce a la persona que m\u00e1s reconocimientos recibiera y a la que m\u00e1s agradeciera a trav\u00e9s de estas tarjetas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si bien nunca percibimos que este incentivo influyera en la forma en la que se dan los kudos, despu\u00e9s de tomar la formaci\u00f3n oficial del&nbsp;<em>Management 3.0<\/em>, pudimos reconocer que esto se trataba de un incentivo extr\u00ednseco, que podr\u00eda generar comportamientos no deseados. Aprendimos que pod\u00edamos llegar a ocasionar incluso un \u201ccartel de&nbsp;<em>kudos<\/em>\u201d, donde las personas por aquel incentivo, por m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o que fuera, podr\u00edan llegar a regalar&nbsp;<em>kudos<\/em>&nbsp;sin una intenci\u00f3n totalmente honesta, solo por la recompensa. Esto degenerar\u00eda el objetivo real de nuestra intenci\u00f3n la cual era que entre todos reconoci\u00e9ramos y agradeci\u00e9ramos genuinamente nuestros logros como equipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para evitar el deterioro en esta t\u00e9cnica de reconocimientos, decidimos cambiar la forma de incentivar, para esto realic\u00e9 un experimento el cual nombr\u00e9 como&nbsp;<strong><em>Mega Kudo<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Este experimento consiste en regalar un&nbsp;<em>kudo<\/em>&nbsp;m\u00e1s grande, impreso a color y en materiales de mejor calidad, con un mensaje personalizado de agradecimiento de parte de todo el equipo para aquellos compa\u00f1eros que hayan recibido y dado m\u00e1s kudos a sus compa\u00f1eros.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/miro.medium.com\/max\/3901\/1*AwIXmvGsZR4AqiV0OQ3jqQ@2x.jpeg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Mega Kudos<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta forma cambiamos un incentivo extr\u00ednseco como lo puede ser un alimento, por un reconocimiento personalizado y especial, que fomenta las buenas pr\u00e1cticas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Este experimento ha resultado muy positivo<\/strong>\u00a0dentro de la cultura de mi equipo, y considero que es un buen incremento de valor a la propuesta de Jurgen Appelo, el cual vale la pena aplicar\u00a0<strong>para facilitar, promover e incentivar la adopci\u00f3n de la t\u00e9cnica de\u00a0<em>kudos<\/em>\u00a0en los equipos de trabajo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">REFERENCIAS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-content-justification-left is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-6974ef0d wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-primary-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-primary-background-color has-background is-style-default\"\/>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>[1]&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/management30.com\/practice\/kudo-cards\/\">https:\/\/management30.com\/practice\/kudo-cards\/<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KUDOS Un&nbsp;kudo&nbsp;es un reconocimiento o gesto de agradecimiento que se da entre compa\u00f1eros a manera de recompensa.
